Role overview
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Museum Guide in Doha, Qatar to lead informative and engaging tours for VIP guests, school groups, and members of the public. The position calls for a confident professional who can present approved tour material, tailor explanations to different age groups, carry out background research, and contribute to learning and outreach initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct guided visits for VIPs, Heads of State, school groups, and general visitors.
- Present tours using the approved script and adapt the interpretation to suit the audience’s age and understanding.
- Research relevant topics independently to strengthen the quality of tour delivery.
- Assist with educational activities and outreach programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Art History, Museum Studies, Education, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English, with advanced communication ability in each.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
