About the Role

This role is part of a team focused on delivering a smooth mortgage experience for customers who trust their home purchase and financing journey to the lender.
What You’ll Do
You will manage a loan pipeline for designated builder communities and handle the detailed processing work needed to move files toward closing. This includes collecting, tracking, and reviewing required documents, keeping files updated 45 to 60 days before closing, preparing files for final underwriting and pre-closing, and assessing underwriting conditions so loans can progress efficiently.
You will also stay in regular contact with the borrower, builder, and internal team members to keep the process moving and maintain a high level of customer service.
Experience and Skills Needed
This position calls for at least 2 years of mortgage experience. Familiarity with real estate and mortgage terminology is helpful, and prior government loan experience is considered an advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and mathematical abilities are essential for success in this role.
