Role Overview
As a Monitoring Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing shipments on the Tive platform and responding to issues raised by tracking devices. You will work closely with customers and transport partners to ensure each shipment is monitored effectively and that service remains strong for both internal and external stakeholders.
Important Work Details
This position is hybrid, which means the selected candidate must be available to visit the Kosovo office regularly for training and meetings when needed. The role includes two shift options: 15:00 to 23:00 Prishtina Time, or 23:00 to 07:00 Prishtina Time.
What You Will Do
- Track shipments proactively on the Tive platform.
- Investigate and resolve alerts generated by Tive tracking devices.
- Communicate with customers and transportation partners in a proactive, end-to-end manner.
- Deliver high-quality service guided by Tive’s four core values.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Tive is looking for someone with customer-facing experience, such as in customer service, support, retail, sales, or a related field; internships are also considered. You should be comfortable communicating professionally in English by phone and email, and be known for strong people skills, dependable work habits, good organization, and the ability to solve problems creatively in a busy environment. A positive, empathetic attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers succeed are also important.
Preferred Background
It is helpful if you have experience working with remote teams across time zones, exposure to supply chain operations, prior work with truckers, dispatchers, carriers, or 3PLs, familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, or the ability to speak additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Mandarin.
