Role summary

In this role, you will support store sales growth by carrying out merchandising activities effectively and consistently. The position focuses on following company standards, maintaining merchandise compliance, and improving efficiency across day-to-day store presentation and execution.

What you'll do

• Partner with the team to create a strong experience for both in-store and online customers, while helping resolve customer questions and complaints when needed.
• Handle daily merchandising work, including planners, setup instructions, and launches for new products.
• Help maintain the JB Hi-Fi brand image and store presentation through high-quality merchandising, in-store promotion, and product display standards.
• Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and with both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate enjoys a friendly, informal retail setting and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Experience in merchandising activities such as events and promotions, or in operations such as stock movement and inbound/outbound goods handling, will be valuable. You should bring a positive attitude, a strong focus on outcomes, and the ability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
