The Role

In this position, you will work mainly with the German curriculum team, supporting the creation and organization of math problems used by teachers and students in Germany. The work will involve using AI tools to make content production more efficient, collecting feedback from the German team, and visiting schools in Germany to see how the materials perform in real classroom settings.

You will also gain exposure to how other parts of the business operate, including sales, product development, and customer success. The role offers room to take on broader responsibilities and grow with the company.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, likes challenging goals, and enjoys finishing projects strongly. You should be comfortable working to deadlines, eager to learn quickly, and either already well-versed in mathematics curricula or ready to build that knowledge fast. Strong communication skills, curiosity about AI, and a solid work ethic are also important in this fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

You must be fluent in both German and English, spoken and written. Applicants should have completed Abitur with a Leistungskurs, or otherwise have a strong maths background. A background in education is helpful, though it is not mandatory. The role is office-based in Berlin and is not designed for remote work.

The company follows a five-day in-office policy, so close day-to-day collaboration is expected.
