Role Summary

They are looking for an experienced, energetic Marketing Executive with at least 3 years in marketing. This is a client-facing position for someone who can confidently manage work from start to finish and maintain a high standard of service across a portfolio of accounts.

Meta advertising is central to the role, so hands-on experience in that area is essential. However, this is a broad marketing position rather than a specialist ads-only job. It includes social media, content, media planning, ad booking, budgeting, and wider campaign delivery for both B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main contact for clients and develop strong working relationships.
• Handle several marketing projects at once while keeping delivery on schedule and to a high standard.
• Build, run, and improve Meta Ads campaigns.
• Confidently update and manage WordPress websites.
• Produce and publish brand content across social media and other relevant platforms.
• Create content assets such as graphics, videos, and blog posts as needed.
• Keep up with new marketing developments, AI tools, and evolving techniques.
• Work with colleagues to shape and launch creative marketing plans.
• Partner with the automation lead on funnels, nurture workflows, and CRM reporting.
• Plan and oversee social media calendars for multiple clients across the right channels.
• Generate ideas that improve engagement on social platforms.
• Take on additional marketing tasks as required.
• Carry out general administrative work linked to campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects and balance several priorities at once.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads is mandatory.
• Google Ads experience is strongly preferred.
• A personable, positive, can-do approach and the ability to build professional relationships with ease.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to maintaining excellent client service.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, with a natural curiosity and a habit of refining performance.
• Self-driven mindset with openness to learning and trying new ideas.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that benefit both clients and the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Work Arrangement

This position follows a flexible hybrid setup: 3 days per week in the Naas office and 2 days working remotely.
