Key responsibilities

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Create scalable and reliable manufacturing methods for new products.
  • Lead PFMEA work, process validation, control plan creation, and production readiness reviews.

Requirements

  • A degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
  • Prior experience in engineering leadership or management.
  • Strong background in NPI, process development, industrialisation, automation project delivery, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, validation, and structured problem-solving.
  • Experience handling engineering projects, capital expenditure investments, and equipment implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Preferred background in electronics, medical devices, automotive, or other high-volume production sectors.
  • Experience leading automation, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering teams is desirable.
  • Knowledge of OEE improvement, PFMEA, validation methods, and lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
