The organization is hiring an experienced and driven Manager, Network & Media to act as the internal expert for content delivery. This position supports partnerships, marketing, special events, and venue operations through system administration, content development, scheduling, trafficking, reporting, and display oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee software updates, testing, and rollout of new tools and technologies.
  • Function as the in-house specialist for creative development and content delivery.
  • Build, schedule, manage, and distribute content across the Legends District Network.
  • Create display scripts, scheduling approaches, and content processes that improve audience engagement and partner value.
  • Produce and maintain static and animated graphics for digital signage.
  • Work with Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Operations to design engaging digital display experiences.
  • Maintain content accuracy, brand alignment, and technical standards across all digital materials.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Partnerships teams to deliver sponsor content exactly as sold.
  • Work with partners to identify and implement new marketing ideas using the District’s digital screens.
  • Help build additional sponsorship inventory and engagement opportunities.
  • Support marquee events, activations, tours, and special programs by managing display access, deployment, and technical assistance.
  • Partner with internal teams to fulfill content requests and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintain digital and static ad assets to maximize visibility, sponsor satisfaction, and guest experience.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital signage, LED display systems, outdoor advertising assets, or comparable media platforms.
  • Experience using content management systems, ideally Broadsign or a similar digital signage solution.
  • Strong understanding of LED display technology, media workflows, and playback systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common business software.
