Manager - Finance & Accounts

About the Role

Aaditas HR Advisory is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor cash flow, manage vendor payments, and oversee payroll processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in any specialization.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in handling taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax laws.
• Experience in payroll, vendor management, and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
