Role Overview

DSV’s Global Projects & Industry Solutions team in Singapore is looking for a Manager to oversee tender activities for project logistics. The role sits within the business development / tender management function and reports to the Head of Business Development / Tender Management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full tender cycle for RFQs and RFIs in project logistics, from receipt of the opportunity through to final submission.
  • Examine tender packs to identify scope, obligations, risks, technical needs, and commercial terms.
  • Work closely with teams across operations, engineering, finance, and legal to collect the information needed for a strong submission.
  • Develop technical and commercial proposals, pricing sheets, and compliance matrices.
  • Perform rate reviews and contribute to pricing and negotiation discussions with different offices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across APAC, Europe, UAE, and the Americas to resolve queries and align responses.
  • Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and delivered before deadlines.
  • Keep organized tender records, prepare reports, and carry out post-tender reviews to support ongoing improvement.
  • Act as APAC data steward for the CRM system by delivering new-user and refresher training across the region.
  • Produce weekly CRM reports and support users in maintaining data accuracy against GPIS objectives.

Skills and Competencies

  • Positive, proactive, and resilient approach, with the ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SharePoint knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Effective negotiation skills and confident written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Prior exposure to tender management, project logistics, freight forwarding, or EPC logistics is preferred.
  • Understanding of Incoterms, project cargo movements, and logistics cost structures is an advantage.
