Role overview
As a Maintenance Tech I at WorldMark Kihei Resort, you will help ensure that guest units and common buildings remain in excellent working condition. This position combines practical maintenance work with a service-minded approach to support high-quality vacation experiences.
Key duties
- Carry out routine facility maintenance tasks with supervision, while maintaining quality standards and efficient output.
- Complete assigned repair and service requests, including painting, appliance fixes, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
- Handle maintenance tasks for units that are being prepared for occupancy.
- Use basic repair knowledge to fix or replace common fixtures and components such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinets.
- Maintain the outdoor landscape by removing trash, picking up litter, and performing general grounds work.
- Inspect building systems, keep them clean, and report any issues or deficiencies to the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety procedures and programs.

Compensation details
The starting pay is generally $21.50 per hour. Final pay may vary based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
