Luxury Lighting Sales Executive

Role Overview

Hedes is focused on creating lighting experiences for some of the region’s most notable homes, hospitality spaces, and commercial developments. The business is looking for a Luxury Lighting Sales Executive who is comfortable working at the intersection of design, architecture, and high-value client relationships.

What You Will Do

• Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and private customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial segments.
• Showcase luxury lighting concepts and product collections to clients and project teams.
• Prepare quotations, track proposal progress, and support commercial negotiations.
• Work toward personal sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Act as a polished and professional representative of the brand, with careful attention to discretion and detail.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on background in luxury lighting, decorative lighting, chandeliers, architectural lighting, or a similar premium interiors field.
• Working knowledge of lighting specifications and project-based selling.
• Familiarity with consultants, interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers.
• Confidence in communicating with high-net-worth individuals, design professionals, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of luxury sales cycles and relationship management.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• UAE experience is beneficial, and a valid UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.
