Ideal profile

• Deep senior-level background in logistics operations, supply chain, warehouse leadership, distribution, or transportation management, with 15+ years of experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of logistics systems, ERP and WMS platforms, KPI tracking, route planning, and cost management.
• Demonstrated success in improving delivery performance, lowering logistics costs, and scaling operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party logistics providers.
• Strong ability in data analysis, planning, communication, and execution.
• Exposure to cross-border logistics, overseas warehousing, or international trade is a plus.
