Role overview

At wagamama, food is central to everything. The kitchens focus on fresh ingredients and dishes prepared to order. In this role, you support the kitchen as a key member by keeping the space clean, orderly, and working efficiently so the chefs can stay focused on creating vibrant flavours.

What you will do

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and ready for service at all times.
• Clean pots, pans, and kitchen equipment so the cooking team can keep working without interruption.
• Top up cleaning materials and let the team know when supplies are running low.
• Assist with basic food preparation when extra help is needed.
• Follow health and safety procedures to protect yourself and the wider team.
