About Cledara

The company serves more than 1,000 customers worldwide and is established in the SaaS management sector. In February 2026, G2 recognized Cledara as one of the Best UK Software Companies. This followed strong results in the G2 Winter 2025 Report, where the company received 16 badges across SaaS Spend and SaaS Operations Management. High scores for usability and customer relationships reflect a focus on delivering a capable yet easy-to-use product.
Cledara is product-led and supported by top-tier investors including Notion Capital, Nauta Capital, Anthemis, and ComVentures. The team works with a strong performance mindset and values learning quickly through hard work and collaboration.
About the Role
Cledara is hiring a Junior Manual QA Tester to support the delivery of product updates that are released on time and meet quality expectations. The role is based in the London office and works closely with product and development teams as a reliable partner for product changes.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and wants to contribute to a growing team.
What You Will Do
- Carry out manual testing across software applications to confirm that features match the required specifications.
- Create, update, and manage clear, structured test plans, test cases, and test outcome records.
- Log defects, improvements, and other issues, then follow them through to resolution.
- Share test findings with developers and stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand upcoming changes and new product functionality.
- Run regression checks to make sure existing features continue to work after changes are introduced.
Who This Role Suits
This position is suited to someone with some exposure to manual testing and a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and detail. Candidates from another SaaS business in a customer-facing role are also encouraged to apply if they have experience solving technical problems and working through challenges.
The company is especially interested in people who are curious, open-minded, and ready to think beyond standard manual testing approaches.
Skills and Requirements
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English to report findings and work effectively with others.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex systems and spot risk areas.
- Good time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in learning new tools, technologies, and working methods.
- Open to feedback and able to apply improvements quickly.
- Understanding of basic testing concepts, methods, and best practices.
- Awareness of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work with databases and run simple SQL queries.
- Familiarity with task-tracking tools.
- Exposure to automation tools is preferred, though not essential, as long as there is a strong willingness to learn.
Your Working Style
You should be a thoughtful problem-solver who looks for practical solutions that work for everyone involved. The ideal candidate takes ownership, knows when to ask questions, stays organized, and can research independently when needed.
Benefits
The company emphasizes growth, wellbeing, and a supportive day-to-day experience.
- Starting salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
- Private medical insurance and access to a corporate ClassPass account.

- Apple MacBook provided for work.
- Regular social activities, team lunches, and complimentary fruit, snacks, tea, and coffee.
Work Location and Schedule
- The role is based in London, UK, and requires commuting to the office at least two days each week.
- For the first two weeks, you are expected in the office five days a week for training.
- After training, the current schedule is two office days per week, on Mondays and Thursdays, to support collaboration and team culture.
- Working hours are 09:00 to 18:00.
