Junior Architect (Fresh Graduate)

Role overview

Shar Holding is hiring a Junior Architect to support the creation and refinement of architectural designs and construction drawings. In this role, you will work under the guidance of senior architects to help deliver design work that aligns with client expectations, relevant building rules, and engineering requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop architectural drawings and plans using dedicated design software.
• Contribute to conceptual, schematic, and detailed design work.
• Update drawings and layouts based on project changes and client comments.
• Help prepare project presentations and 3D visual assets.
• Work alongside structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to coordinate design output.
• Assist in drafting basic specifications and quantity schedules.
• Join site visits and support project monitoring when needed.
• Follow quality expectations, safety rules, and applicable codes and standards.
• Keep project files, drawing sets, and documentation organized and up to date.

What we're looking for

You should have a bachelor's degree in Architecture and be a fresh graduate or someone with up to one year of relevant experience. Strong familiarity with architectural software is important, especially AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Knowledge of Lumion or 3ds Max is considered an advantage. You should also have a basic understanding of building codes and architectural standards, along with good command of Microsoft Office tools.

Work environment
