Role overview

This full-time permanent Joiner position is based in Coatbridge and supports housing properties across North Lanarkshire. You will work as part of a local team carrying out high-quality carpentry and joinery repairs while maintaining strong standards of safety, quality, cost control, and customer service.

Working pattern and pay

The role offers an annual salary of up to £35,431.13, along with a company van and a benefits package. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30. You will also need to take part in an on-call rota, currently 1 in 5 weeks, with an extra allowance paid for this.

Main duties

  • Complete all required joinery tasks on housing properties.
  • Carry out routine repairs, urgent fixes, lock replacements, and window boarding.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer care.
  • Undertake kitchen repairs and partial kitchen installations.
  • Support general repair and maintenance work within social housing.
