- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, change impact assessment, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and work effectively in a high-accountability environment.
