Role summary
This permanent full-time cleaning role supports transit stations by keeping public areas clean, safe, and presentable. The position runs five shifts per week and follows operational needs. Work is scheduled for the morning shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Work location and schedule
The job is based at 85 Industry St, York, ON M6M 4L5. The role is classified as Full-Time Cleaner and requires 40 hours of work per week before breaks. The standard schedule is five shifts weekly, with assignment depending on operational requirements.
Compensation and vacancy details
The hourly wage is $20.15, paid in line with the collective agreement. There are 6 positions available.
Key duties
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining transit station areas to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
