Role Overview

Fakeeh Care Group is hiring an IT Specialist to support day-to-day technology operations in Riyadh. The role focuses on handling end-user support, maintaining hardware and software, keeping systems and networks running smoothly, and assisting with broader IT administration tasks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first- and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Handle service requests through phone, email, ticketing tools, or face-to-face support.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, set up, update, and maintain software, hardware, and system patches.
  • Support IT asset tracking, stock control, and workstation/equipment preparation.
  • Record problems, fixes, and technical guidance in the service desk knowledge repository.
  • Route difficult or specialized incidents to senior IT personnel or relevant teams.
  • Support onboarding and exit processes, including device provisioning and account creation or removal.
  • Track system and network health to help ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
  • Plan, test, and roll out upgrades for information systems.
  • Bring new software solutions into the existing environment.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders while supervising system administrators to keep operations aligned.
  • Ensure applications are integrated and deployed effectively across the business.
  • Keep technical records current, well structured, and easy to access later.
  • Create and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes to protect data and systems.

Requirements

  • Ability to design, deploy, and maintain mission-critical systems.

  • Capability to build and apply backup and disaster recovery measures.
  • Good troubleshooting skills for resolving advanced technical issues.
  • Strong written documentation and organizational abilities.
  • Leadership and mentoring ability to support colleagues and train users.
  • Working knowledge of current technologies and modern system administration standards.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in IT support or application support within a healthcare environment for the IT Specialist level.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or application support within a healthcare environment for the Senior IT Specialist level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required; Arabic is preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA), CHAMP, CITAM, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, PMP, and ITIL.
