Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Specialist Recruiter focused on IT contract and contract-to-hire staffing. The position is suited to energetic recruiters who can manage recruitment cycles for IT services clients while maintaining speed, quality, and strict service-level commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring process for both niche and high-volume IT positions.
- Negotiate compensation or billing rates and drive offers through to closure.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Identify talent through job portals, professional networks, internal databases, and similar sourcing channels.
- Evaluate candidates for technical areas such as Java, .NET, QA, React, AWS, and related profiles.
- Meet tight submission timelines and maintain a quick turnaround of 24 to 48 hours.
- Arrange interviews and ensure candidates attend as scheduled.
- Prepare resumes in the required format and submit profiles through client or VMS systems.
Required Experience and Skills
The role requires 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT contract staffing. Candidates should bring strong sourcing ability, comfort with high-volume and SLA-driven recruitment, and excellent communication along with negotiation skills. Familiarity with client portals, VMS platforms, resume formatting, and database management will be an added advantage.
