About the Role
Global Fellowship is seeking a resourceful and forward-thinking IT Coordinator to lead the organization’s technology efforts, with a focus on website development, system maintenance, and digital support across teams. Reporting to the Director of Operations and supervising Website Developers, this role helps shape and deliver technology plans that support the organization’s growth and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technology support to the home office and Global Fellowship missionaries.
- Oversee technology planning and contribute to the organization’s broader digital strategy.
- Support the Social Media & PR Specialist in creating and producing videos and other digital media for development, campaigns, recruitment, and related needs.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of the organization’s website, donor platform, and payment processing systems, ensuring they function smoothly.
- Partner with grant writers to develop proposals and appeals related to technology needs for the organization and its missionaries.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate digital content, including blogs and podcasts.
- Design and strengthen data protection practices to safeguard information.
- Offer both professional and spiritual support to missionaries as needed.
- Communicate technology opportunities and security concerns to missionaries, join project task forces, and contribute to Fellowship-wide initiatives.
- Train missionaries and partner organizations on practical technology use and emerging best practices.

The ideal candidate is someone who can bring new technology ideas into a mission-focused environment, understands how to work with people from different perspectives, and adjusts communication style to connect effectively with a wide range of audiences. You should be comfortable teaching others quickly and clearly, and be someone who values routine, spiritual maturity, and a strong commitment to the organization’s purpose.
Experience and Background
- Prior experience serving in missions.
- Strong cross-cultural communication ability.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or operations.
- Background in digital content production.
- Advanced familiarity with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Android.
- Working knowledge of IT security practices.
- Experience managing budgets responsibly.

Compensation
This position is self-funded.
