Role Overview

This remote hourly contract opportunity is for a finance professional with a background in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance. The work spans financial analysis, transaction support, and the preparation of client-ready materials for decision-making and execution.

Compensation and Commitment

The pay range for this assignment is $45 to $120 per hour, and the expected workload is 10 to 40 hours each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Create financial models and evaluate market data to support transactions.
• Draft investment memoranda, board presentations, and executive-level decks.
• Carry out credit reviews and examine loan documentation, including covenants.
• Support due diligence efforts and help move deals through execution.
• Convert detailed financial information into practical, easy-to-use insights.
• Work alongside other teams on financial planning, strategy, and reporting.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, compliance, and overall output quality.

Required Background

• Demonstrated experience in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance.
• Hands-on capability in financial modeling, market research, and transaction execution.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Solid experience analyzing financial statements and credit risk.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and present them well.
• Strong detail orientation and the ability to work without close supervision.
