An MNC in Hyderabad is hiring experienced professionals for an international voice or blended customer support role. The position involves handling customer conversations across voice and blended channels, supporting users with queries, and delivering a consistently high service experience in a work-from-office setup with rotational shifts.

This opportunity is based in Hyderabad, India and requires on-site attendance. The shift pattern is rotational, and the role follows a work-from-office model.
Experience Required
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in an international voice process or blended voice process. Applicants with a background in customer support along with technical troubleshooting exposure will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions over voice and blended channels, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. The role also includes offering technical assistance where needed, documenting interactions accurately, following internal procedures, and meeting quality, productivity, and performance benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants may be graduates or undergraduates. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an international voice or blended process is required. Compensation and Benefits
The salary can go up to 5.8 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
