The Team
You will join the Front Office team, a fast-moving group committed to delivering smooth guest journeys from arrival through departure. In close partnership with the Front Office Supervisor and departments such as Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Bell Services, the team works to keep daily operations running efficiently and guest service consistently strong.
Your Role
In the Front Desk Agent role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will help create a welcoming and attentive atmosphere throughout their stay. The position centers on seamless check-ins, precise billing, and responsive support, all of which contribute to guest satisfaction and the property’s overall performance. You will coordinate with operational teams, uphold service standards, and assist with guest needs, special arrangements, and day-to-day hotel activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver polite, efficient check-in and check-out service to every guest.
- Identify guest needs in advance, handle questions or issues promptly, and help maintain a consistently positive experience.
- Keep guest records, room allocations, billing information, and reservation changes accurate in the property management system.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Bell Services, and other teams to manage arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special requests.
- Process guest payments, follow cashiering rules, and ensure daily financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional front desk environment at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, even when work is busy and time-sensitive.
- The ability to stay composed under pressure, think clearly, and use sound judgment to address situations.
- Professional communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in assisting guests, understanding their expectations, and creating memorable stays.
- Comfort working collaboratively with a team while also being able to complete tasks independently when required.
- Confidence using computer systems and willingness to learn property management tools.
