Role overview

This position is for a creative Interior Stylist who can enhance residential environments through polished styling and space enhancement. The role calls for a strong design eye and hands-on experience in selecting and arranging furniture, decor, art, accessories, and other finishing elements to deliver elegant, cohesive interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the look and feel of luxury residential spaces while staying aligned with approved design ideas.
• Select and coordinate furniture, decor pieces, artwork, soft furnishings, lighting, and decorative accessories.
• Build mood boards, styling directions, and visual presentations.
• Work with interior designers, vendors, and project teams to support smooth and accurate implementation.
• Identify suitable vendors and recommend styling products and finishes.
• Keep abreast of international trends in interior styling, decor, and design.
• Maintain a high standard of visual balance, aesthetics, and meticulous detailing in every space.

Candidate profile

• 5 to 7 years of experience in interior styling or interior design.
• At least 3 years of focused experience in styling or beautifying spaces.
• A degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of luxury furniture, decor, color combinations, textures, lighting, and accessories.
• Excellent visual merchandising and styling capability.
• A portfolio of residential styling work is required.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred background

Applicants with experience in luxury interior design firms, residential design studios, premium furniture and decor brands, architecture and styling consultancies, or high-end real estate design teams are especially well suited.

Additional information

This role is based in Bengaluru and may involve opportunities across multiple locations. The position is a full-time opportunity.
