Role summary
This position is for an Inside Sales Executive, Academic Counsellor, or Program Advisor in the EdTech and e-learning sector. About the role

Responsibilities
- Reach out to senior and mid-level working professionals through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Present executive education offerings and convert interested prospects into confirmed enrolments.
- Serve as a program advisor, learning consultant, or career counsellor by helping candidates evaluate options for professional growth.
- Manage the full admission counselling process, starting from lead screening through final closure.
- Develop and maintain strong prospect relationships to keep engagement levels high.
- Arrange counselling sessions and share complete details about the program.
- Keep CRM records updated with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and pipeline information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, admission counselling, academic counselling, business development, or B2C sales.
- Prior exposure to EdTech sales is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, along with persuasive and consultative selling ability.
- Capability to address objections confidently and close sales effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive professional relationships.
- Comfort with high-volume calling and a performance-driven work environment.
- Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking.
