What you will do

• Deliver round-the-clock technical assistance for cloud-based platforms and keep services stable across applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure layers.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using configuration-as-code practices with Ansible and Terraform.
• Administer development, testing, and production environments running on Windows, Linux, and Unix systems.
• Protect systems by addressing cybersecurity risks, resolving technical faults, and applying software patches and updates.
• Support cloud application operations by managing application identities, enabling auto-scaling, and ensuring disaster recovery and manual failover readiness.
• Investigate issues related to APIs, application services, and infrastructure, and route unresolved matters to the correct support tier.
• Work with databases including MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL, with attention to security and performance.
• Assist with cloud security and traffic management capabilities such as load balancing and CDN features offered by cloud providers, including Azure Load Balancer and Application Gateway.
• Set up and maintain logging and observability components using Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana for application and Docker container logs.
• Apply ITIL-based service management practices, including integrated service level management and client-facing service reports.
• Support Kubernetes nodes, ICP administration, and related middleware components.
• Contribute to incident triage by performing initial analysis of cloud application architecture issues and identifying likely root causes.
