About the Role
This is a remote opportunity for a results-focused Influencer Partnership Manager to help a fast-growing marketing platform expand brand reach through creators, affiliate partnerships, paid media, and content-led growth. The role centers on finding, engaging, and managing influencer relationships that contribute directly to measurable business outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Source and bring in influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.
- Reach out to creators and talent managers, then build long-term working relationships.
- Discuss and agree on partnership terms, including campaign deliverables.
- Handle influencer onboarding and support campaign rollouts from start to finish.
- Keep influencer records, contact lists, and outreach pipelines organized and up to date.
- Monitor partnership outcomes and review campaign performance.
- Create approaches that improve influencer engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams and client-facing teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, business development, or creator management.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with solid negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with creator outreach and relationship management.
- Good understanding of major social platforms and the creator ecosystem.
- Well-developed organizational and project coordination skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience working in a marketing agency.
- Exposure to affiliate marketing.
- Experience collaborating with U.S.-based brands and influencers.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery and outreach tools.

- How many influencers are recruited.

Compensation
The package includes a base pay of $400 per month, plus performance-based commission. Monthly and quarterly bonuses are also offered, along with uncapped earning potential.
