The company is growing and is looking for an empathetic, dependable HR Manager who can help strengthen the employee experience and support the team’s development.

Role overview

This position is central to people, culture, and organizational growth. The HR Manager will help design and execute initiatives that attract strong talent, retain employees, and create an inclusive, collaborative workplace.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees have a smooth start.
• Create, improve, and roll out HR policies, processes, and standards.
• Drive employee engagement, wellness, and learning initiatives.
• Assist with performance reviews, career growth, and retention efforts.
• Help maintain adherence to relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Support a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and performance-driven.

Candidate profile

Applicants should bring prior experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar area, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The role suits someone who is kind, approachable, and focused on employee needs.

Good planning, organization, and problem-solving ability are important, as is the professionalism required to handle sensitive information discreetly. Familiarity with German and/or international employment practices is considered an advantage.
