Position overview

This role supports both the organization and its employees across the full employment cycle. The scope is wide and can cover hiring support, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, pay and benefits, and general HR operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle routine HR matters within set guidelines, using sound judgment to resolve moderate-complexity issues quickly and appropriately.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to questions about HR policies, procedures, employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll.
  • Assist with recruitment activities based on business needs.
  • Draft offer letters and employment agreements in line with company policy and applicable local laws and regulations.
  • Run onboarding and separation processes, including orientation sessions, exit interviews, and system records updates.
  • Support talent management activities such as annual talent reviews, succession planning, and goal-setting exercises.
  • Assist with compensation activities including salary reviews and promotions, as well as annual merit review processes.
  • Work with HR centers of excellence on global initiatives.
  • Keep HR and related systems up to date as needed.
  • Create monthly and ad hoc HR reports by collecting, transforming, and presenting data.
  • Suggest process enhancements and new ideas that improve efficiency.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR position.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and standard practices.
  • Hands-on exposure to HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information carefully.
