Role overview
The Talent Operations Coordinator supports a wide range of talent operations activities. The position focuses on new hire communication, I-9 processing, employee data management, and assistance with onboarding and offboarding. It also acts as a backup for the Employee Experience Specialist on orientation and related employee experience programs. This opportunity is well suited to a recent graduate or an early-career professional who wants exposure to several HR disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR Generalists and managers with routine HR tasks and employee lifecycle activities across all markets, as needed.
- Oversee I-9 completion and verification while keeping federal compliance requirements in mind.
- Keep employee information and HR systems accurate and up to date.
- Handle communications with new hires, organize paperwork, and coordinate onboarding steps.
- Work with hiring managers, IT, Payroll, and other teams to ensure new employees have a smooth first day and transition.
- Prepare onboarding packets and complete related data entry.
- Update the HR Hub with current forms, policies, process documentation, and support resources.
- Contribute to HR projects, audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong planning and organization skills with careful attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
- Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Good Microsoft Office skills; experience with HRIS and ATS tools is a plus.
