About the Role
Join a major semiconductor manufacturer known for advanced silicon wafer fabrication and large-scale automated production. The business serves global technology customers across consumer electronics, automotive, industrial, communications, and new digital technology markets, with a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
This position is for an HRIT Payroll Systems Administrator focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will help keep the platform stable, support key integrations with SAP HANA, ServiceNow, and other business systems, and work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure dependable HR technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Handle incidents, service requests, system improvements, and production support activities.
- Track, diagnose, and resolve issues affecting integrations with SAP HANA, ServiceNow, and related downstream applications.
- Assist with payroll operations, employee lifecycle updates, and management of HR master data.
- Oversee user provisioning, role-based access, and adherence to audit and data privacy controls.
- Support system upgrades, patch deployment, testing cycles such as SIT/UAT, and release coordination.
- Keep system records and documentation current, while helping improve efficiency through automation and process refinement.
- Work across HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business teams to maintain smooth and reliable system performance.
Requirements
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Prior experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll.
- Practical exposure to HRIS integrations using SAP HANA, ServiceNow, middleware, or comparable tools.
- Working knowledge of HR and payroll processes, application support, incident handling, and change control.
- Strong skills in analysis, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Administration and integration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP.
- Support experience with SAP HANA and ServiceNow integrations.
- Understanding of ITSM workflows, access administration, and audit compliance.
- Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders in a large enterprise setting.
