Role Overview

TAWANTECH is looking for a Saudi HR Operations professional with prior experience in the real estate industry to manage core day-to-day HR processes and help ensure adherence to Saudi employment regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee joining and exit processes from start to finish.
  • Keep employee files, records, and HR systems accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee GOSI-related work, employment contracts, and supporting documents.
