Recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Manage the full hiring cycle, starting from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.

  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and database documentation.

  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help ensure adherence to company policies and labor law requirements.
  • Coordinate learning, training, and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS support documents.
