Role Overview

This internship focuses on supporting HR and administrative work across daily operations, onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee support, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for routine HR and administrative tasks.
  • Help manage onboarding workflows and new hire documentation.
  • Assist with preparing laptops and setting up user accounts for new joiners.
  • Respond to intern questions about passwords, account access, and basic support issues.
  • Create and format presentation slides in PowerPoint when needed.
  • Prepare and curate EDM content for internal communication use.
  • Keep HR records, trackers, and candidate databases accurate and up to date.
  • Support hiring efforts such as career fairs, roadshows, and recruitment events.
  • Review candidate profiles and help arrange interview schedules.
  • Monitor application progress and assist with recruitment follow-up.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, welfare activities, and company events.
  • Take on additional projects and general admin work as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree programme in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
