Role Summary
As a Hosting and Support Specialist, you will support website customers through a ticketing system and help turn Poetic template frameworks into finished client webpages. The role combines client support, website setup, quality checks, and collaboration with internal teams. Training and team support are part of the position, with an emphasis on learning template processes and improving them over time.
Key Duties
- Handle client support requests through the ticketing system and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Build client websites using Poetic templates and the content provided by each customer.
- Spot missing or incomplete content, then communicate those gaps to the client and relevant internal teams.
- Partner with internal colleagues to maintain quality and functionality across template-based website work.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and look for ways to improve the client deliverable.
- Keep clients informed about progress, blockers, and recommendations in a customer-focused manner.
- Look for process or product pain points in support and migration workflows and suggest improvements where possible.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience using website content management systems is helpful, though not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail is important to ensure high-quality work.
