This role is for a warm, confident, guest-focused Host / Hostess who will be the first point of contact for visitors.

Guest Reception & Front-of-House Duties

• Welcome guests on arrival with a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle reservations, walk-in guests, and table allocation.
• Communicate estimated wait times clearly and keep the queue moving smoothly.
• Lead guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Work closely with the service team to support seamless daily operations.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns in a courteous and efficient way.
• Keep the reception area and host stand tidy and well maintained.

Candidate Profile

• Approachable, upbeat, and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Able to stay composed in a busy, high-energy setting.
• Collaborative team player with a constructive attitude.
• Previous food and beverage experience is beneficial, though not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
