Role Overview
Molly Maid is seeking dependable House Cleaners / Home Service Professionals to support households across the Indianapolis area. This is a stable, full-time opportunity for someone who wants regular hours, a team-oriented environment, and full training from the company. Prior experience is not required.
Compensation and Schedule
The pay range for this position is $15 to $21+ per hour, with weekly pay. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, and there are no nights, weekends, or major holidays. The role also includes paid training.
Key Duties
You will clean customer homes using the company’s established cleaning process, work closely with teammates, communicate in a professional manner with clients, and help ensure each customer has a positive service experience.
Team Support and Growth
Team members are provided with training, cleaning supplies, equipment, and transportation while on the job. A company vehicle is available during work hours. Advancement opportunities are available, and team leads who drive company vehicles may have additional earning potential and room to grow.
What the Employer Is Looking For
The ideal candidate is reliable, positive, and comfortable with physical work such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and lifting cleaning equipment. Availability is required Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and all applicants must pass a background check. Experience Background
No prior cleaning experience is necessary. The company is open to candidates coming from retail, restaurants, hospitality, childcare, healthcare, warehouses, and other customer service backgrounds, as long as they bring a strong work ethic.
