Head of Product (AI Solutions)

About the Opportunity

This role is for a Head of Product in a growing AI product organisation based in Dublin city centre. The business sits within a large multinational group that operates in more than 50 countries, combining the reach, data, expertise, and intellectual property of a global enterprise with the speed and flexibility of a startup. The focus is on building a portfolio of AI products and services for enterprise customers.

This position offers the chance to help turn product vision and strategy into commercially successful, data-led products that can scale internationally.

Working Arrangement

The role is based in Dublin City Centre and follows a hybrid model, with attendance required in the office two days per week.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is up to 125k, plus a 10% bonus. Additional benefits include pension contributions and private health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the product direction by shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered offerings.
• Oversee products across the full lifecycle, from early concept through to retirement.
• Produce Product Requirements Documents and Market Requirements Documents, then guide development delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or a project plan where needed.
• Balance feature priorities across customer groups and regions to deliver a consistent, standardised product.
• Present product demonstrations to clients and build strong relationships with key accounts.
• Lead trials and MVPs, and create and execute go-to-market launch plans.
• Prepare monthly forecasts covering volume, revenue, and profit.

Experience and Background

• At least 7 years of experience in product management and product delivery within agile environments.
• Hands-on experience creating products with AI capabilities, including machine learning and agentic AI.
• Proven ability to define products, rank features, and incorporate customer feedback into decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for running meetings, delivering presentations, and supporting sales, marketing, and programme delivery activities.
• Solid understanding of software development methods and delivery approaches.
• A self-driven and well-organised professional who can collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
