Role overview

Belgravia Parks is hiring a senior leader to own acquisitions and integration work across its tourism business. Based at the Head Office in Mitcham 3132, Victoria, this position is focused on identifying growth opportunities, assessing them commercially, and ensuring newly acquired businesses are smoothly brought into the operating model.

This is a newly established leadership position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Tourism. It brings together strategic growth, financial and commercial evaluation, due diligence, stakeholder coordination, and post-acquisition performance improvement in a multi-site tourism setting.

What you will do

  • Source, assess, and prioritise acquisition opportunities that match the organisation’s growth goals.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of target businesses and partnership prospects.
  • Review market trends and competitor activity to inform investment decisions.
  • Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers.
  • Run commercial assessments for potential acquisitions.
  • Coordinate due diligence across operations, finance, compliance, and risk areas.
  • Evaluate business performance, capability, and contractual commitments.
  • Identify potential risks, value-creation levers, and integration needs.
  • Create structured integration plans and onboarding approaches.
