What you will do

• Help guests with a smooth and pleasant stay by providing friendly, attentive service
• Support check-in and check-out processes
• Advise guests and assist creatively when issues come up
• Represent the hotel with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile
• Assist in the restaurant area when needed

Your profile

• Previous experience in guest-facing roles such as flight attendant, receptionist, front office staff, waiter, or similar is useful, though career changers are also encouraged to apply
• Strong passion for excellent service and the ability to work well in a team
• Sensitivity and attention to guest needs with the aim of exceeding expectations
• Good awareness of what is happening throughout the hotel
• Fluent spoken and written German and English
