Description de l'emploi

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The partner is seeking a Growth Partnerships Manager located in Canada.

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partnerships and grow their value over time. The position blends commercial planning, relationship leadership, and operational delivery, with a focus on multi-year collaborations that support customer acquisition and broader business expansion. You will work across internal teams to shape agreements, improve results, and uncover new partnership opportunities. The role calls for sound commercial judgment, strong partner management, and the ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll do

  • Oversee strategic partner relationships from initial onboarding through continuous improvement, making sure each account meets its commercial and operational targets.
  • Manage renewals, re-negotiations, and broader commercial conversations by building business cases and working closely with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive lasting value.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior contacts at partner organizations and act as the main contact for business reviews, long-term planning, and executive discussions.
  • Lead coordination across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations so initiatives are delivered smoothly and issues are addressed early.
  • Track partner performance, review key metrics, spot expansion opportunities, and create long-range plans that improve both relationship quality and business outcomes.
  • Represent the company in executive meetings, quarterly business reviews, and industry events while looking for ways to grow existing partnerships and support customer acquisition.

What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic account management, or a similar commercial function.
  • A track record of managing complex partnerships involving multiple stakeholders, from negotiation through to long-term account stewardship.
  • Hands-on experience creating and negotiating commercial agreements while partnering with Finance and Legal on business models and contracts.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Experience leading cross-functional work that involves Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills, with the ability to juggle several high-priority partnerships at once.
  • Experience in financial services, media, travel, entertainment, loyalty, or subscription businesses is an advantage.
  • Exposure to co-marketing spend, incentive programs, customer acquisition tactics, or partnership funding models is preferred.
  • A self-starting, flexible approach and comfort operating in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Benefits and compensation

  • Base salary between CAD 158,000 and CAD 166,500, depending on experience and location.
  • Remote-first setup with flexible arrangements available in eligible Canadian provinces.
  • Equity grants for new joiners, plus the possibility of future equity refresh awards.
  • A competitive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage.
  • A flexible work culture intended to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunities to grow professionally within a collaborative, high-impact organization.
  • Exposure to strategic partnerships with well-known global brands across several industries.

Application and hiring process

Applications are reviewed using an AI-supported matching process to assess candidates quickly and fairly against the core requirements. The best-matching applicants are shortlisted and passed to the hiring company, where interviews, assessments, and final decisions are managed internally.

By applying, you agree that your personal data may be processed to evaluate your candidacy and shared with the employer as part of pre-contractual steps and legitimate-interest processing under applicable privacy laws, including GDPR.
