Role Overview

BetaBuilders is looking for a proactive and strategic Growth Lead to support its internal marketing efforts and help increase user, community, and brand growth. The position is fully remote and is centered on improving systems, refining processes, and scaling outreach across the APAC region, with a particular focus on markets outside Australia and New Zealand.

This is a volunteer role with an expected commitment of 8-10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute growth plans that are grounded in data and aligned with early-stage startup goals, including situations with no initial capital investment.
  • Spot opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and referral performance.
  • Design, run, and refine growth experiments and repeatable frameworks.
  • Set and track non-financial growth indicators such as conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Improve results through continuous testing, including A/B tests and user feedback cycles.
  • Support and coordinate a small group of volunteer marketing and content contributors.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Team to ensure campaign activity supports broader growth objectives.
