Graphic Designer

Role Overview

A retail and ecommerce client in the Greater Boston area is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer for an immediate full-time contract assignment running through the end of summer. The work will lean heavily toward digital creative, with assignments such as asset resizing, email design, social media content, and large-format signage.

What You’ll Do

• Create visual materials for marketing campaigns, product releases, social channels, and retail display needs.
• Handle several assignments in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a consistently high design standard.
• Step in on related projects when needed, including packaging, in-store signage, presentation materials, and printed collateral.
• Work on website graphics, digital and social marketing assets, image retouching for web use, and email creative, with a stronger emphasis on digital than print.
• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director and other stakeholders to keep the creative output aligned.
• Maintain strong design standards and help guide others toward strong execution.
• Build credibility as a subject-matter expert by sharing knowledge and staying connected to industry developments.
• Bring forward fresh ideas by tracking trends, new technologies, and consumer insights while keeping the brand direction in mind.
• Present product ideas and campaign concepts to senior leadership and refine work based on cross-functional feedback.
• Help ensure consistency in creative work across all channels.
• Support the Creative/Brand team in building and maintaining brand guidelines.

Additional Information

This is an immediate contract opportunity. An online portfolio is required. The role calls for proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Figma.
