Description de l'emploi

About the Company

BESPOKE Events is a well-established event production business in the UK, known for delivering high-end experiences across prestigious heritage and iconic venues. The company works regularly at locations such as the Natural History Museum, The Tate, Kensington Palace, the British Museum, Cliveden House, Blenheim Palace, and Goodwood. Its London studio is based in Chiswick, while the technical team and scenic workshop operate from Rochester, Kent.

The company’s work is guided by three main standards: strong visual design, exceptional quality, and a commitment to five-star hospitality within the event space.

The Role

This is an in-house Graphic Designer position within the Scenic (Art) Department, suited to someone with 1–2 years of professional experience who is comfortable balancing creative design with production-focused work.

You will work with the Scenic and Sales teams to create artwork and print-ready files for event materials ranging from stationery and signage to large-format scenic graphics. The role also supports the sales function by developing visual concepts, proposal layouts, floor plans, and presentation decks that help communicate ideas clearly to clients.

You will be part of a varied portfolio of luxury events and productions, collaborating with designers, production managers, scenic makers, and printers to make sure ideas are turned into polished, high-quality physical deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Create artwork and production-ready files for event collateral, including small-format items and large scenic graphics.
  • Develop visual concepts, proposal designs, floor plans, and presentation materials for the sales team.
  • Work closely with Scenic and Sales colleagues to translate ideas into accurate design outputs.
  • Prepare files that are suitable for print and physical production.
  • Coordinate with designers, production managers, scenic fabricators, and printers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Help maintain high visual and technical standards across all creative outputs.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
  • Ability to handle both design-led and technically accurate production work.
  • Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to file preparation.
  • Comfort working across event graphics, layout design, and presentation materials.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Additional Information

This opportunity is based in London and follows an onsite working model. The role sits within a team that supports luxury event production across respected venues in the UK.

No salary, benefits, application deadline, or vacancy count was specified in the source information.
