Role Overview
This graduate trainee opportunity is a structured development program designed to place you at the center of live business work from the outset. You will rotate through selected teams to gain practical exposure to operations, relationship management, and client-facing activities while building a broad understanding of the business.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support ongoing initiatives by helping with planning and tracking progress, drafting reports, and keeping communication flowing between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will also take part in formal training, job shadowing, and mentoring sessions to strengthen your technical, business, and professional capabilities. In addition, you will contribute to troubleshooting discussions, help record and improve processes, and provide general administrative support to projects and operations teams when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a closely related discipline. This opportunity is intended for recent graduates who have completed National Service. Strong written and spoken communication skills are important, along with the ability to engage professionally with a range of stakeholders. Prior exposure to or interest in customer support, relationship management, and operations is an advantage. The role also calls for a customer-service mindset, a willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment, solid problem-solving ability, competence with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, and the ability to work well in a team while managing time and tasks responsibly.

This position is based onsite in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. It is a contract role.
