Overview

Rodgers Leask is hiring a permanent Graduate Structural Engineer based in Liverpool. This role sits within the Structural Engineering team and offers the chance to contribute to a varied workload with professional growth opportunities.

Main responsibilities

• Support a Senior Structural Engineer on day-to-day project delivery.
• Carry out detailed structural design across different construction materials.
• Prepare engineering reports and calculation packs.
• Take part in site visits and meetings with clients.
• Follow company health and safety standards at all times.
• Handle additional duties that match your experience level.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will be at engineer level and hold an accredited BEng in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline. A genuine interest in developing toward professional membership with IStructE or MICE is important. Strong numeracy and a solid grasp of general mathematics are essential, along with good organisation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, TEDDS, or Tekla Structures would be advantageous.
