Role overview
An established architectural practice is seeking a Graduate Architectural Technologist to join its growing Birmingham team. The firm works across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, offering the chance to gain experience in a broad range of sectors.
Compensation
The salary for this position is GBP 25,000 to GBP 30,000.

Key responsibilities
- Create technical architectural drawings based on planning layouts
- Contribute to architectural design work for residential and commercial developments
- Prepare detailed design documentation
- Handle the preparation and submission of building regulations and planning applications
Required experience and skills
- A degree in Architectural Technology
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Previous experience after qualification is useful but not essential
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational ability
- Solid detailing and design capability
- Strong technical aptitude and close attention to detail
- Ability to perform well both independently and as part of a team
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Birmingham
