Overview

Unilin Insulation in Navan is hiring multiple General Operatives to join the team. The role is focused on carrying out daily factory tasks efficiently and to a consistently high standard so customers receive reliable service. There are openings across both day and night shifts.

Key Tasks and Duties

• Carry out duties in line with the company’s values and standards.
• Support operations across all factory areas.
• Complete the required training and perform all duties associated with GO1 Grade 1.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in every work area.
• Stay informed about the company’s product range.
• Dispose of waste correctly and safely.
• Keep training current so day-to-day tasks can be completed properly.
• Follow work instructions in every assigned area.
• Complete and successfully pass GO1 training.
• Follow all Health and Safety rules and procedures.
• Take responsibility for your own safety and for the safety of colleagues.
• Record data accurately and keep information updated.
• Prepare the work area for start-up, including correct labels and packaging.
• Ensure products are good quality and packed and labelled correctly.
• Operate a forklift when trained and required to help keep the area running and meet customer deadlines.
• Follow quality standards across all areas.
• Work flexible hours as needed to meet deadlines.
• Carry out other reasonable duties requested by management.
